Up, Up and Away! Pattern - Row by Row 2017 - Cotton Dreams X

The theme for the 2017 Row by Row Experience was "On the Go!". We were inspired by the hot air balloon rally held here in Wytheville every year in June as well as the Wytheville water tower, which is painted like a hot air balloon! Fiished row size is 9" x 36".
