Make it Mondays June - Folded Star

Turn your Mondays around with this class series!  Join teacher Sharon Rhudy once a month and make a quick project with us on Mondays! Fun, easy, beginner friendly projects will be showcased.  Take home a project you've completed in this three hour class.  Success is practically guaranteed, class fee is $15. 

Supply List:

One piece of light color fabric 14in x 14in
Eight diffrerent fabrics (Cut a 5in WOF strip from each)
Cut eight 3in x 5in rectangles from each strip
Select one of the fabrics for a border and cut two 2 1/2in x 12in strips and two 2 1/2in x 16in strips.
Before class, fold down the long side of the 3in x 5in rectangle 1/2in toward the wrong side and press firmly.
The Hot Fix ruler works really well for turning under the 1/2in.

Basic Sewing Supplies Supply List:

Rotary cutter
Cutting mat
24” x 6” ruler or stripology ruler
Seam ripper
Scissors
Straight pins
Notebook paper
Glue stick
Sewing machine in good working order with foot control & lead cord
General sewing supplies (pins, seam ripper etc)
1/4" foot
