Brown Bag Mystery Kit BATIK #10 - Crimson & Green 2023

The Brown Bag Mystery Quilt kit includes 6 1/2 yards of 100% cotton fabric and the cutting instructions.  You will choose your kit from the one fabric shown.  It’s a mystery!

You have the option of making your kit larger by purchasing an additional identical kit. Kits can be combined to produce a larger quilt, but the two kits you chose must be IDENTICAL.

One kit will produce a finished quilt 52in X 68in

Two Identical kits combined will produce a finished quilt 84in X 84in

Border Fabric packs can be purchased as an additional add on to your kit. Border Fabric packs will include 3 yards of coordinating fabric and will accommodate either size of the Brown Bag Mystery Quilt, whether you chose to use one kit or combine two.

Cutting instructions will be included in each kit and will allow you to be prepared to start sewing as soon as the first clue is released.

The first clue will be mailed on International Quilt Day March 18^th, 2023. The other four clues will be available every two weeks: April 1^st, April 15^th, April 28^th, May 13^th.

A private Facebook group for participants has been established. Karen Montgomery, our mystery quilt designer will do a video for each clue. This will give you enough information for completing that clue and lots of tips and techniques along the way.

We will be mailing clues to all participants this year unless other arrangements are made.
